If I hadn't had a coupon for this I would never have tried it but, MY KIDS LOVE IT!
posted 4 years ago
Notice my review title? Well I wouldn't have ever purchased this "Appetizer" for my kids had there not been a coupon in the paper a few weeks ago for it becuase it is SO expensive but, I'm here to tell you, expense aside, MY KIDS LOVE IT! I somehow got 3 coupons so I ended up buying 9 packages of this particular flavor so that each P kid could try it!
So, the cost aside, my kids went ga-ga over this product! It's got juices which, my kids love and without all of the by products & fillers (see label), they're getting to eat real chicken & tuna and, trust me, they love, love, love it! See the video & photo review I will sumbit along with this review!
If you wanna give your kids a treat for a special day or something, this is the item for them!!!!! I recommend this and so do my P kids! :)
Pros: Very tasty, doesn't contain a lot of junk, available at PetSmart, PetCo, & Wal-Mart
Cons: $1.27 per 2 oz and that's quite high!

The Chicken & Flaked Tuna Was Liked Better Than The Plain White Meat Chicken
posted 4 years ago
The White Meat Chicken & Flaked Tuna apparently is tastier than the plain White Meat Chicken. Chetzer was my "taste-tester" and he enjoyed the "Appetizers".
Although the first ingredient is water, the Appetizers is comprised of Chicken and Tuna [plus two gums and sodium nitrate (to maintain color)].
It is good that the Appetizers do not have by-products or fillers, but they also do not have any vitamins or minerals that could be beneficial.
The cost per 2 ounces is on the expensive side ($1.27). The Appetizers are meant to be a "supplement", not meal, so are useful as an occasional treat.
I would like to see more chicken and tuna in the Appetizers, not water as the first ingredient; hence, I gave it a "4" instead of "5".
Pros: Cats Liked The Taste; No By-Products or Fillers
Cons: Expensive (2 ounces for $1.27); First ingredient is WATER
