I have been feeding my dog Rylee this food since she was about 8 months old. When I got her I started feeding her Iams. She was an active puppy but I still fed her by the instructions on the bag. She gained tons of weight. All my friends used to call her a sauage. Even with exercise she continued to "plump up". With the advice from my dog trainer she suggested that I change her food to a more natural higher end food. I researched and decided on Nutro Ultra. I am so pleased. Her weight slowly decreased. She gained more muscle mass, a waist became defined and she had more energy. Rylee has been on Nutro Ultra for almost 3 years. She loves the taste, and she is still thin and trim. Ill never feed her anything else, except for Nutro Ultra for Seniors.

My dogs are all on Ultra after having to find a food that my oldest dog could tolerate. Her many allergies meant her skin was always dry and flaky. At the height of pollen season she would actually lose alot of her hair. I switched her to Nutro and within a few months her hair grew back and she had much less dry flaky skin. She has since passed but I keep the other two on Ultra because they both have full, shiny coats which I attribute to them always being on a good quality food.

Pros: My allergy prone dog showed improved skin and coat condition.

I highly recommend this food. I have 4 medium sized dogs and they all devour this food. They have the most beautiful coats and are all very healthy. Even my 13 year old mix has a great coat and looks younger than her years

I started feeding my dogs this food on the recommendation of my dog trainer as I was already feeding Nutro. The dogs loved it!!! It is a little bit more expensive but it is worth it because of the great nutrition.

All my dogs, including our fosters, are now on Nutro Ultra. Our rescue used to highly recommend Nutro and there are other recommenations out there now but they are harder to get in my area and pretty expensive. I continue to be happy with Nutro and my dogs love it. All dog foods make me nervous these days with the multitude of problems they are having.
