Upsetting Stomach

posted 5 years ago

I have a registered 4 year old male Golden Lab and he was ill from eating these biscuits. He was vomiting and had diaherra. Needless to say, we longer purchase these biscuits. I am research the manufacturer of these biscuits. They have had some of their products recalled.

Pros: none

Cons: Vomiting/Diaherra

A decent treat although it really needs to be broken into pieces

posted 5 years ago

I got a case of these as a Christmas gift one year, and the dogs were thrilled that someone had clued into the fact that they wanted food! I knew that the Kirkland/Costco brand stuff was pretty good, so I had no problem offering the biscuits to my pets. Well, no problem until I saw the huge size of each one. If my dogs were Great Danes it would have been a good choice, but I had to break them into smaller pieces for my pack. They really didn't need most of their daily caloric intake to be from dog cookies.

Pros: Good quality ingredients, dogs like it

Cons: Only available at Costco, bones are large sized
