A Very Special Book on Loss

This is a very special book of poems about pet loss. When I lost my first dog to cancer, my mother gave me a copy and it really touched my heart in many ways. A few of the poems still move me to tears, as they describe the deep and tightly bonded relationships of the poets to their dogs. This is a book that would be appreciated by many after the loss of a beloved companion.
