Dogs in the Classroom

As a retired teacher, I believe that children are the sponges who can take the message that animals are sentient beings, and not just possessions and run with it! This book has many practical activities to help children learn how interconnected every thing on the planet is. Humane education is a must, right along with the three R's.
Pros: Makes a compelling case for humane education in our schools.
