this is one of the better how too books i hve seen out there. if you red it a few times you too can have a "perfect aquariam". great book

This book is 256 pages of up-to-date information on setting up and maintaining an aquarium. I was planning to set up an aquarium after many without one so I went looking for a book with the newer equipment and health care information. I checked out our local library and found only LONG out-dated books, more than a few being from when I was a kid and take it from me, that was more than a few years ago.

The section on choosing fish explains where fish live (Surface dwellers, Midwater & Bottom dwellers), behavior with other fish (Solitary, Shoaling, Nocturnal fish for example) and how to create a community aquarium. A great book!
