Horse Journal

I have been getting this magazine for about 5 years and I love it! It does not have fancy pictures or glossy pages because it is meant to be a resource for horse owners. This is NOT a fashion magazine for horse owners. There are no advertisements, hence the price. They do lots of research and comparisons on products. It's great to have someone else do the legwork for you. Keeps the costly 'mistake purchases' to a minimum! We keep ours in a 3 ring binder (the journals come w/ pre-punched holes). There is info from vets, and comparisons of things as varied as horse blankets to supplements. They always have a 'Best Buy' pick. One of the best values out there!

I love the product reviews and easy-to-read charts. It's kind of flimsy, though, and the pictures aren't that great.
