Good food for Brood Mares

posted 7 years ago

My neighbors decided to breed their Thouroughbred, and asked me for advice on her care. Since they were new horsemen, I told them "no way". A few months later, they came to me and said they did it anyway. I came up with a feed and hay program for the mare, and suggested Omolene. They bought this instead. I checked it out, and it appears to be a healthy feed. Mixed with a good hay program, she successfully delivered a beautiful filly. The delivery was smooth, no trouble with the sack, etc. The mare and filly both thrived despite their owners lack of a knowledge base, and a great part of that is due to the veterinary and dietary program.

Pros: Healthy for mares and foals

Cons: It's expensive to breed horses

Iams ProActive Health Multi-Cat Chicken & Salmon Cat Food

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
