Pyranha Wipe/spray

I use this fly spray often in the summer months. I am not a huge fan of spraying horses-so I use it sparingly. I generally spray their legs because I don't like them stomping their feet to shake off the flies. I have tried having them wear 'fly boots'. They stayed on about 5 minutes!

Spraying this product is the last thing I do before a ride. It does a great job with keeping the deer flies away, which is what I need. I use the fly drops, similar to flea drops for dogs, and get nearly 100% less flies and bugs. Using the two in combination is very effective. I spray myself too, before a ride in the woods, and it keeps me fly free as well. Zip and Chance are not really crazy about being sprayed with fly spray, but they tolerate this one much better than most. I know I like it better, the smell is not bad. I spray the ears and poll, and down the neck for the main part. Adding a fly ear cap helps too.

Pros: It does a great job for day to day fly control

Cons: Still need to have fly protection drops
