My place is a mud pit ever Spring. I learned to just start treating for Thrush wether the horses are showing signs of it or not. Usually they do slightly. On a light case of Thrush, one or 2 doses of this is all you need, and voila! Cured!
Pros: easy to administer, works very quickly!
Cons: green stains, will burn hair off coronet

I keep this stuff on hand. I apply this at the first hint of thrush and none of our horses have ever developed any serious issues with thrush.
Pros: A very good product.
Cons: Messy & stinky!
