Used on hoof abcess

posted 5 years ago

I recently used this for the first time on a horse with an abcess. We put it on the hoof where the abcess was and taped over it. It seems to have helped the abcess drain and with the lameness. Its easier than the epsom salt/duct tape boot trick but wasn't easy to get it to stick to the hoof. I had to use a big glob!

Pros: Helped with abcess

Cons: Hard to get it to stick on hoof
