Help the horse retain moisture

We apply this to my aunt's horses hooves during times when there is a lot of rain or it is cold. Nothing can hurt a horse more than when its hooves get dry and flaky. You can apply it the hoof and it will seep in and provide a layer of protection against excess moisture or the cold of winter.
