For horses that contest, jump or event this product works to restore joint health. We had a walker mare that had been over padded when we bought her. She was throwing her left leg out sideways when she was ridden. We had the vet/chiropractor out and after the exam she recommended we rest Jen for 3 months while top dressing her feed with this product. Then continue the product and work her lightly. We noticed a big difference in how Jen carried herself when being ridden after the 3 months. We are now only giving her the Cosequin every other day. Good product, vet recommended.
