This worked great for the socks on one of my show horses...

I used this on the horse I took to shows this past summer because she had white patches that needed to be brightened up.

I love lots of chrome on my horses, and the best way to brighten it up is with Quic Silver. It gets the yellows, browns, greens, reds and purples (yes, in Ga we have plants that stain them purple!) out of a horse's coat. We had a large white Pony, Snow, who loved to be a horse of a different color. Since she was my daughter's show pony, it presented lots of opportunities to try products out. This one does a great job. I pour it into a bucket of water, and add some to the brush I use to scrub the horse, not on the horse's coat directly. I have had few problems with it staining as long as I do that. I also decided to try it on my own hair, and have been thrilled with the results. I haven't highlighted my hair for 2 years, but my salon thinks I am going somewhere else for highlights, and back to her for cuts, but I'm not!

We have used this product for several years. We currently own two grey horses that continually have green spots from rolling in manure. This shampoo really cleans them up well! It is great on any horse with white or light colored coats. Nothing else will clean and shine like this! I would buy this again.
