My sister-in-law lived in the sticks and always had this on hand. She said she had heard from a local farmer that it's not just for horses. They used it on many animals and humans for sunburn, prickley heat, and diaper rash.

My sister-in-law, having several young children in the house, went and bought it.

I found out about it as my ex, our girls and me went to spend a holiday weekend at her house and my little one, Ally had gotten a diaper rash. My sister-in-law saw me about ready to use Desitin and told me to stop because she had something better.

She brought out the container of this and I started laughing..She said, "Don't laugh! It really works!" So, I used it on Ally and by the next afternoon, the diaper rash was virtually gone! I was amazed! I never laughed at her ideas after that!
