Excellently written book which is easy for the average horse owner to read and understand.
Covers lamness, pain management, diseases, common ailments, preventative care and first aid, feeding and nutrition and fitness. Color photgraphs galore.
I am using it as a text for the Horse Health segment of the Equine Husbandry Continuing Education at Post University.
Pros: A lot of information about how the horse's body works
Cons: I could always use more!
