This is a great book to learn about natural and holistic health care for your dog or cat. I always use this book to look for more healthy alternatives for my pets. I definitely recommend this book for all cat/dog lovers!

This is a great reference book to learn about natural and holistic care for your dog or cat. The book is divided into easy-to-read sections including homecooking, breed specific info, alternative therapies, and diseases and lots more. There's a quick reference section that includes many diseases along with a variety of holistic treatments to consider. It offers great advice from a veterinarian with over 20 years of experience but please use this book responsibly and in conjuction with your holistic veterinarian.

Dr. Pitcairn's book is considered by many to be the ultimate raw feeder's hand book. Even if you do not raw feed your pets, his years of exprience and expertise can be a wonderful resource. This book is a permanent fixture in my home.
