I give this product a 4/5 rating. It's the only thing my betta (Armand) will eat, it's a natural food and he's healthy and beautiful as a result of this food. The downside is that it is real insect larvae, and as such you need to handle the product carefully. The package says to open it away from yourself and tap the container to dispense the bloodworms into the fish tank. I'm very careful to keep this product out of reach of the kids, and I always wash my hands as soon as I'm done feeding Armand.

My fish didn't go into a frenzy with these as they did with the live ones but I can't store the like ones long enough and the live ones smell. These are a welcome addition to their daily diet.

I gave my fish bloodworms and tried several brands. This is the brand I used most. My Bettas and the rest of the fish really liked this brand of bloodworms. Used it along with flaked food.
