Reef Success Molybdenum

Rating:

Rating: 4.8

Average rating from 4 reviews.

(4.8 out of 5, based on 4 reviews)

Molybdenum plays a vital role in the biology of many marine invertebrates, filter bacteria and sea weeds. Among other functions, it is an essential component of certain enzymes produced by the above mentioned organisms. Regular dosing of this trace element is vital for the long term health of the reef aquarium ecosystem. Molybdenum is only one of the elements constantly extracted from seawater and should therefore be added regularly together with calcium, strontium and trace elements.
