This is an excellent commercial food for goldfish. While it is marketed to promote wen growth, I feed it to all of my goldfish as part of their diet along with fresh foods. All my goldfish enjoy eating it, are growing rapidly, and are in good health.

The Lionhead pellets are the sinking type, so the goldfish do not consume any excess air that can occur from floating pellets that may interfere with swim bladder problems in some sensitive goldfish.

My girlfriend uses it and her fish really like it buy it messes up the bottom of the tank faster so you have to watch how much you you feed them.
