This is a really nice addition to any aquarium. I have a very small aquarium and this is the only decoration that fits in it - but I chose it over a plastic plant because it is much prettier, sturdier, and gets less dirty over time. Eventually it might be hard to clean, but it doesn't get filthy and need to be thrown away in a matter of months. My fish loves it and enjoys hiding in the middle of the columns.
