This Aqua Ultraviolet Sterilizer will help keep the water in your water garden or pond clear of single-cell algae. This UV is 22-1/4" x 4" x 2-1/2". The inlet & outlet on this unit are both 3/4 inch FPT. A male insert (ready for 3/4 inch tubing) is included. Used as a Sterilizer: Maximum Flow Rate: 700 GPH. For pond sizes: 200 - 500 Gallons. Used as a Clarifier: Maximum Flow Rate: 1,800 GPH. For pond sizes: Up to 2,000 Gallons which may require 50% to 75% Plant Coverage.

Well worth the $$$

This product is well worth the money. It should last around 18 months. Ours went out a couple of months ago, and the water turned pea soup green and developed a stagnant smell. You don't realize how beneficial it is until it burns out.

Pros: Very effective

Cons: Expensive
