Wrong Strainer, twice!

I bought a complete aquarium from Walmart. When I went to set the filter up, the strainer didn't fit. I called the company and they sent me another strainer. It still didn't fit.
So I called again. Finally, after a month of trying to get the right strainer, it came.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Send wrong parts
