I actually use the sleeve for the 220 Magnum filter, but I think they are all pretty much the same. I have used this product for about 5 yrs. now & haven't had any problems with it. Is says on the package to change it monthly, but you can just rinse it with water & reuse it a couple more times. Unless you rinse it out & it's obviously still dirty, then I'd suggest you change it. It is easy to use ,just slip it over the media container & you're good to go.
Pros: Can be rinsed out a few times & be reused
Cons: none that I know of
