Protect your aquarium filter from itself with these Nylon Filter Bags with Ties. These handy Filter Media Bags seal securely to hold all varieties of filter media, preventing them from entering pump housing and hindering water flow.

These are great!

posted 6 years ago

I live in an area where my ph tends to stay around 7.
Unfortunately,I have some fish/snails that need it to be higher, and that's where these bags come in handy.
I add crushed coral to the bags and place them in the filter flow area, where they slowly will begin to up your ph and keep it more stable.
You can also add any other filter media additives ,you'd like. These bags last a long time.

Pros: multiple uses cost friendly long lasting

Cons: none
