Provide the pharaoh's feast to your fish when you are away with these awesome Pyramid feeders! Just one block can keep your fish content for several days: keeping them off your mind when things get busy.

Not a good thing!

posted 6 years ago

I used one of these quite a while back because I was going to be away on vacation.
In all honesty,I walked into a terribly clouded tank, and dead fish. The block was completely dissolved, and the tank parameters were off the chart bad. This food block completely fouled the water, and I lost a lot of tropical fish, because of that fact, and the cycle for my tank,so I actually had to clean the tank and start it all over again, which was a lot of time and money.
I personally would never recommend one of these.

Pros: broke down quickly contaminated the water

Cons: fish died
