Hikari makes several styles of freeze dried foods for fish, daphnia being one of them. They are very palatable to the fish and contain a lot of protein... great for fish of a carnivorous nature. My african cichlids especially love the daphnia and the krill. However, at $7-8 a can, it's kind of pricey.

Pros: very healthy for growing baby fish

Cons: a little too small and powdery for the bigger fish to eat

With fish there is not very meny products that care for there health too.
