Beta will not eat them.
posted 5 years ago
While at a pet store, someone recommended Blood Worms for my Beta. I thought I'd try it. So, I purchased a small .28oz bottle for about $4. I tried it, and and the Beta would not touch it. So, now I have a mostly full bottle of unused Blood Worms.
Pros: None
Cons: Beta's don't seem to like them

Great for all kinds of fish!
posted 4 years ago
We have kept fish for the last 10 years. Mostly tropicals, some cichlids and, of course, bettas. All the fish we have had just love blood worms. We rotate them into a feeding routine so as to give the fish variety in their diet. The blood worms are fed about twice a week. Unlike some of the flake or granulated foods we feed, the fish really go after worms and clean up all they are fed.
Pros: Many species of fish just love them
Cons: Can't think of one

Blood Worms fo Bettas
posted 5 years ago
My Harry loves these, but I only give them to him every few days. They are really small and don't cost much. The problem I had with them was opening the container. The packaging is different than in the picture and the lid pops off. I went to pop it off and the little worms went everywhere. My puppy seemed to like them.
Pros: Small and Affordable
Cons: Hard To Open
