I actually use this as part of my baby fish's staple diet as it just seems to go with everything else that they eat.Good vitamins,etc.,for growing babies or adult fish.

Plankton is a high energy food, use sparingly for small fish.

I like this food for the fish. Does not "murky up the waters" like so many others do. Freeze Dried so it will last just about forever
