more negative than good

I've had and used some of the much larger fish bowls for Bettas when I first started keeping them, and depending on the size of the bowl, they can work well.My Bettas all ended up getting between 2 and 5 gallon tanks in the end and loved it.
The fish bowl in the review picture is too small for anything. People, because of the Pet Store Industries ,have a lot of Misconceptions about Bettas.
They actually do like to swim around just like any other fish instead of being in some tiny little cup or bowl where they barely have the room to turn.
As for keeping Goldfish in them, it's the most awful thing that you can do.People need to read and research just how big Goldfish grow, and how many years they live, and how much room they really do need.
Unless theres a bowl with a lot of swimming area,I'd leave this bowl pictured,to use for a couple pieces of Lucky Bamboo.
Pros: they come in a lot of sizes
Cons: most fish die

this is a great bowl for a beta of a single goldfish. It is easy to clean, low amount of space needed. Easy to locate in store local. Affordable.
Pros: small, compact, affordable, washable
Cons: none to note
