I have two tanks. one just has gold fish. i use this net to tranfer the goldfish to the bigger tank to feed my oscars.

My con can easily be changed just by getting a different size of net. The net is very helpful when cleaning the tank. I always can see it because of it's variety of bright colors. With my gigantic tank, somtimes dull green nets blend into the background, making it harder to see what you are trying to pick up... this net it entirely different.

Pros: can easily scoop fish out of tank for cleaning. Can use it to stand up fallen decor in teh tank, etc.

Cons: Sometimes too bulky to fit into small spaces.

This fine mesh net is perfect for catching my catfish. their whiskers get tangled in the other nets. I works great for me
