Breeding Shrimpery Sf Bay

I don't know,it looked so simple when I got it,and it soon turned more into a pain for me to use.
Most people that I've dealt with, use products like these when baby fish are involved.This small kit not only couldn't keep up with the feedings,but what I did hatch out,didn't live very long for it all seems to go stagnant rather quickly.
I had more hatch rate success using bigger containers,plus I was able to add an airstone which seemed to keep the shrimp alive much longer.
This wouldn't be bad if you were just making them here and there for fishy treats,but any babies,or large quanities of fish to feed,will need something much bigger to use.

Pros: Shrimp will hatch

Cons: more work than it's worth

This little gadget is just not worth the time to do. Hatching brine shrimp is better off done using a 20-24oz pop bottle, a teaspoon of salt and some brine shrimp eggs. You can simply return the empty bottle for your bottle deposit and use a new one when it gets a bacteria slime going instead of cleaning out this gizmo. On the plus side, it magnifies the shrimp so you get to watch them swim around.

Pros: cute

Cons: useless
