My fish love bloodworms. I think the frozen ones are closer to "live" bloodworms though. I think the fish prefer the frozen bloodworms over the freeze dried ones. This brand is good and easy to find in many stores. These are a great light snack to offer your fish something different.

My betta fish love these bloodworms. They provide the nutrition he needs (betta are carnivores and need meat). I alternate these with traditional betta food (I use Top Fin Betta Bits). When my fish had pop-eye, he wouldn't eat until my mom used a skewer and put the bloodworm by his mouth. He would gobble up the bloodworm and I think they helped him keep his strength while he recovered from the pop-eye. I would recommend these to anyone with betta.

My Betta loves the freeze dried bloodworms he will follow the container as I am picking them out.

But he is addicted lol yep now it takes me 10 minutes to get him to eat his pellets!
