No place for dog carts!
posted 6 years ago
I can't believe on this website that there is no place to comment on carts for paralyzed animals. Maybe if there was i wouldn't have had such a hard time when I first got my then 5 month old paralyzed pup. I can say I've tried Doggon Wheels and K-9 carts. While Doggon wheels gave us a puppy cart, my little one was to active and pieces kept falling off and cutting us when the little one ran into our legs. He now has an adjustable K-9 cart. Although he's broken the sidebars already (only had it for 2 months) it is much more aerodynamic (good for him, bad for me) and he can manuever a lot better becuase of the wheels in the snow.
Pros: These assist animals that have been paralyzed to walk/roll
Cons: Designs still need to be updated to suit unusual situation

No more accidents

This male wrap was perfect for our puppy when we were trying to house break him. We still use this wrap if he accompanies us when we are visiting friends because although he has been neutered, if he smells where another dog has marked, he still raises his leg and marks in the same spot. The wrap is absorbent enough that it will not leak through onto their floor or furniture. Best of all, it is washable and can be used over and over again which although not as convenient as the disposalbe wraps, eliminates the added expense of having to continually purchase others. I highly recommend these to new puppy owners, those whose doggies still like to mark and even senior dogs that might be having trouble just holding their bladder.
Pros: washable & leak proof
