I give my dogs Vitimin C and E daily. 500mg of C and 400 of E. Always together. I give my dogs multi-vitamins and azmira's vitamin c. It has many benefits and having 3 older healthy dogs I have no complaints. It definitely seems to help keep them healthy and active. I give different doses, depending on which dog, because of their size. My one has bad allergies and it seems to help with them too.
