We gave this to our dog as a puppy as recommended by the vet. Back then we fed pedigree dog food, so I guess it was necessary for our puppy to get supplements. She had it for the first year of life, and then we stopped.

We didn't get this for the dogs we got later on, because we spent more on the food and fed them Eukanuba, which already has all the nutrients in it. In the end, you have to balance out the cost of the food and the supplements and the cost of a better quality food.

I think this product is good if you are going to feed your pet the supermarket brand of dog food, or Alpo.

Our dog lived a long and healthy life, so I think the product was good.

I could tell a difference in about a week and a half with my dogs being on these vitamins, especially my two oldest dogs. I have not changed their food so it is definitely all owed to these vitamins. The difficult part is getting them to take them - they have figured out all my tricks. Will eat around them in their food, will lick all the peanut butter off, eat the bread or hotdog and spit the pill out, etc. Boy, are they smart! It is a struggle and I cannot tell them this is the reason they feel better and have more energy!

I have a customer's dog who I have been watching for 2 weeks. The dog is a picky eater and you really have to convince her to chew up this tablet; she isn't happy about it either. But also considering how picky she is, she gets the vitamins that she needs and it keeps her energize and ready to play!
