Specially designed for young puppies, each bone in this package is recommended for specific stages of your puppy's teething. For Stage 1 (from 2 months) use the Puppy Bone. This chew is more pliable than regular Nylabones and is specifically designed to assist in the growth and development of teeth and jaws. For Stage 2 (from 3 months) use the Healthy Edibles Bacon Flavored Bone. This healthy treat provides a safe and healthy alternative to rawhide and processed animal parts. For Stage 3 (from 4 months) use the Chicken Flavored Durable Bone. This bone is recommended for growing puppies whose jaws are getting stronger. Longer lasting than the Puppy Bone, this chew is designed for more aggressive chewers.

Chew on this!

posted 5 years ago

When my dogs were puppies they had bones like this that they really enjoyed, but the only thing was that they couldn't finish the bones. They were really tough and my dogs like rawhides better, but these bones are just fine for puppy training. And my yorkie is the only dog that got sick, but he has a sensitive stomach and it was only when we allowed him to chew on it excessively.

Pros: They lasted a while

Cons: Aren't easily chewed

Not the furniture!

posted 5 years ago

My puppy was starting to chew on the corners of woodwork and wooden furniture so we trainded him to chew these instead when we would catch him. Watch for bigger dogs getting to them though. My big dog turned one in to little kernals of nylabone and everyone started eating them. Be careful.

Pros: good distraction

Cons: big dogs tear it up
