I don't like invisable fences. If your dog breaks the barrier then it will likely not come back for another shock.
I also don't like them because they don't keep anything out of your yard either.
Pros: allows for containment without putting up a fence
Cons: expensive ineffective

These are great if you have it on the beep setting. I don't like the shock setting. This allows your dog to go outside and have some freedom without buying a big expensive fence.
Pros: Don't have to install a expensive fence
Cons: shock setting is mean
