Awesome product!

posted 6 years ago

We bought this to use while we went out of town for a few days. We set it up well in advance of going out of town just to make sure it would work properly. This feeder worked like a charm, it was fairly easy to program and it drops food right on schedule. Our cats acclimated to it right away and really enjoy their feeder. They come running when the hear the whoosh/crunch of the food being dropped. I would recommend this to any pet parent who needs to keep a schedule feeding time and might often have to work late or take short trips out of town. Highly pleased with this purchase. We bought ours from Amazon.com for around $50, a steal compared to $79 at our local petsmart store.

Pros: Auto Feeds While You are Away

Cons: none!

Well worth the money

posted 4 years ago

Can be set to feed in 1/4 cup increments up to 2 cups. Program the time you want your pet fed, can program up to 3 meals per day. I would prefer that the feeder have a battery back up,and that the main power source would be elecrticity. I do not need to worry about how much food I am giving my babies, but if I am gone for a day or two I don't need to worry if there will be enough food to last. Pretty easy to asssemble and to clean.

Pros: Programable

Cons: Battery operated

Autofeeder not for intelligent animals

posted 6 years ago

I thought this would be a great solution to those nights I had to work late. Keeps food clean and dry and dispenses it into a good size bowl on time. My rabbits figured it out very quickly. Tabitha wanted more food; she looked once around the feeder; and flipped the food canister right off the base. The canister needs to turn and lock down and it would be perfect.

Pros: Great idea, dispenses perfect portion at the right time

Cons: food container does not lock down
