We use these in our shelter to line the bottom of the cat cages.. to catch any litter box messes, spilled water bowls, etc.

Pros: Soaks up alot of urine

I prefer to potty train puppies by taking them out on a routine schedule. My friends find them useful for their older dog that has incontinence problems.

I'm not so sure about this training method. I prefer to housetrain by taking the dog outside on a routine schedule. I guess this would work as a backup.

I have used this product with a few different puppies. I havent had success with any of the puppies using this product. I find it easier to take the puppy out a lot, and keep it supervised while it is outside of the kennel. I personally think that the potty pads teach the dog that its ok to go in the house, the only thing is that sometimes the puppies wont even have their accident anywhere NEAR the potty pad...

These pads give your pet an area to go when you are unable to take them out often enough as a puppy, or you can train them to go on the pad for anytime you may have to leave your pet throughout the day. It makes for easy clean up and helps with odor control. You can just put them on the floor or put them in a kennel.
