Sorry we purchased, and used, this product.

boyfriend tried on collar first and tested, put on dog and dog did a backflip at inital setting. there are so many better ways to train a dog than using this!
Pros: the product does what it states it should do, but there are much better ways to train a dog
Cons: personally found this and products like it to be inhumane. very expensive.
