My dog should be used to test the durability of dog toys. She's a quick, tough little chewer. The crab was a gift after a trip to Maine (clever!) The crab is now a disk since most of its claws have been removed. Loved it while it lasted. A few stitches here and there but still providing fun. West paw puts out unique toys for dogs. I'll get another one the next time I'm up state.

My pups just love this large size crab, well, large for them! The pup loves to drag it around the house by the claw and hop in her chair for 'fleecy chew time!' This has come apart near the ends of the claws from fast acting beagle teeth but other than that this has really lasted a long time. This and the lobster style I found on the east coast and thought it would be a good souvenier. I would not hesitate to purchase them again if I run across them. Always nice to have a back up of their favorite toys! The West Paw toys have really stood up to my pups and are easy to wash. The only downside is the nappy fleece tends to pick up dog hair and doesn't always come off in the wash. Not a horrible negative but not something I experience with other toys.

My friends dog loves this toy. He'll run around with it in his mouth, and we'll just sit and laugh. Its too cute.
