Betsy and Norman think that no dog should be forgotten from Halloween fun. They think that they are too important for costumes though, so they picked out some voice chip toys for their dog friends. I am not sure how to explain the sound this ghost makes -- it is the woooooing sound all ghosts makes. I do know that it drives Betsy and Norman crazy. I usually try to not buy white toys; however, when I heard this ghost I knew they had to have one. This 8 inch ghost will be one of your dog s favorite too!
