Petstages Bully Dog Toy
(5 out of 5)
Tough and engaging, the PetStages Bully Dog Toy will delight your pooch.

Bully Dog, by PetStages, is unquestionably the loudest squeaking dog toy I have ever encountered. When I unwrapped it from its packaging for the first time and accidentally set off its squeaker, I nearly jumped off my couch. Our tester dog, on the other hand, loved it.
From his first moments with the PetStages Bully Dog, our tester pooch spent the afternoon chomping the toy until it squealed, then pushing it a slight distance away from him, then “stalking” it for a few minutes before pouncing on it again. Fortunately, this extended attention, repeated over days, did not produce any wear and tear on the toy. The Bully Dog is as tough as its name — made from tough rubber that is immune to even the strongest chewer. And there are no extraneous materials or fabrics used in its construction that your dog can tear off and swallow.
On top of being one of the few rubber toys my dog can chew without destroying, the PetStages Bully Dog is also an excellent fetch toy thanks to its ball-like design that makes it easy for throwing. You wouldn’t think that something that is shaped to look like a bulldog’s head would work well for a game of toss, but Bully Dog will surprise you.
In a trial run at the park, the Bully Dog performed admirably and our tester dog was able to retrieve it nine out of eleven times. The only possible downside I can think of for Bully Dog is the volume of the squeaking sound it makes — but if you can get past this one little drawback, it is truly the perfect dog toy.
Pros: Pooches love the sound and shape; practically indestructible.
Cons: The squeaking may be too loud for some humans.
