This is such a great thing - my dog can easily pick it up where before he struggled when it would land in the grass. He's also chewed through it but it still flies and he still loves it.

My husband had been trying to train our dog to catch a frisbee and this was the ONE that really helped do the trick! The scent makes it easy for him to track if he misses, and he is very highly motivated to catch it! Also, the raised bone was a brilliant idea- using a normal frisbee he would sometimes spend several seconds trying to manipulate the edge so he could pick it up off the ground. With this frisbee, he just bites on to the bone and he's off! At a retail price of $14-$18 (there's a glow in the dark variety that would be fun but is the more expensive), it seems steep for a dog toy- but the hours of fun and enjoyment it gives our dog makes it well worth it!

I gave this a 4 only because my dogs have no interest in this toy at all. They prefer the tennis ball.But they are not by nature retrievers either.

I have two avid frisbee catchers. They really go through the frisbees with the constant grabbing of the jaws, so this product lasts, but it is not as much fun to play with, as it is so heavy and does not fly as well.

Wonderful product. My dogs favorite play time was with this product. It was so durable. I only bought two in 10 years and he played with them everyday. In the yard and in the pool. He doesn't play anymore but we had some good times with this product. I think it is the best made.
