This toy is fun for play, of fairly sturdy but flexible rubber and is shaped like a bone. Each end has a "treat dispenser" area to put kibble (it has little rubber "prongs" inside to make sure the treats don't come pouring out). I think for a hard chewer, go for the squirrel toy made by this company (it's a large size and has a treat dispenser at the bottom) because it seems harder and tougher than this one.

My dog absolutely loves this. She loves to chew and many of the bones and rawhide products cause her to choke. This product is great for her teeth andshe can spend a long time trying to get the treats out. I have stuffed this wil her kibble, with peanut butter, with caned food and with liver and she enjoys all of it! She really has to work at getting the filling out. The only problem is that it can be hard to clean and get the remaining filling out when they are finished!

This is an excellent toy to keep your pet active and mentally stimulated while you are busy, say on the computer or out running errands. Fill the sides up with a few treats and your pets will be entertained for hours trying to knock them out. Our two dogs work together, one knocks the toy around, while the other gets the treats. We've heard of other toys creating suctions and dogs tongues getting stuck, but theses toys are designed to prevent that.

The little dog runs around with this in her mouth and she won't share if there is one more morsel stuck inside. It keeps her busy for days! This is a good treat dispenser!

Our dogs like this new busy buddy toy. We give it to them when we are watching a movie and it keeps them busy for quite a while.
