For a long while the shelter I volunteer at had two bears. They were rescued from a sad situation. When it looked like the bears might stay for awhile, I decided to try a find them a few toys. We ended up with a bowling ball, an empty 5 gallon water bottle, a large tree branch, and two mammoth paw tracks. We packed the tire with peanut butter, nuts, some apples cut in quarters, and sometimes honey. They rolled them and spent quite a bit of time getting all the good stuff out. I was suprised at how long they lasted. Great bear toy.

Pros: This toy is tuff enough for a bear or two.

Cons: Eventually these also fell to the bears.

My dog loves to chase this tire. I get tired just rolling it for her. She will literally spend hours playing with this if you let her. I have to bribe her with a treat just so I can put it away.

With four dogs, all heavy-duty chewers this toy (like most toys) didn't stand a chance. It lasted a while, but it was far from indestructable.

these are great for dogs who tear up everything. they last for ever and don't seem to tear easy. we have one and our dogs just love it

this is one toy that my Boxer can't chew up very easily. He has had a tire for months and hasn't been able to take a chunk out of it. It is one of his favorite toys.
