This is the best toy I have ever bought for my dogs I have 2 Rottis and 1 yorki and they all love the Kong. You can fill it with whatever you want and they will spend hours getting the stuff out. Its keeps them busy and activates their minds.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great product, but probably not for small dogs. I'm not sure yet if this is good for big dogs too, but it sure makes your dog forget all about you. In some cases that's good, but usually you don't want your dog ignoring you. It is made with a strong material...rubber. It gives your dog a goal to work towards. It also does give your dog dental support. What seemed to happen with my dogs, is that they are happy with it at first, then slowly start to pull apart from it. The treats it came with would also become brittle and crumble up inside causing all of the crumbs to spill out onto the floor. The last thing I have to say is that it also makes your dog's snout messy. Sometimes I would have to get my hand wet and wipe off all the gunk that was left on! This product could be good with big dogs though. Someone should try that with a big dog and tell me what their experience was.

my dogs at home love kongs. i know kongs are great for puppies too and the dogs at my moms shelter love them.

The dog loves Kongs and so this came to the house. She barely paid any attention to it and hardly put a tooth on it. Might be good for some dogs, but not for mine.

Cons: expensive for no more than she played with it

Chewy loves his Kong and will bring it to me and bounce it off the back of my legs to get me to put a bone in it for him. He knows the word "Kong" and if I ask him to get his Kong he finds it and brings it to me. He uses a medium Kong and medium Milkbone dog treats fit in there nicely if you wet the Kong first. They pop right in. Keeps him busy for awhile, and he'll chew and suck on the Kong till he gets everything he can reach then bounce it on the floor to knock the rest of his treat out of it.
