My dogs chewed it up almost right away

My husband got one of these for our dogs. After we gave it to them, we found they tore it up within less than 10 minutes they had big chunks taken out of it...I had hoped since this was a durable product, this would last. But apparantly not.
Pros: my dogs liked it
Cons: they chewed it up almost right away
