I bought this for my greyhound, thinking that it might last longer than her other fleece toys, but she was able to rip through the squeaker in the head in her usual 2 minutes. The more durable squeaker in the body is still there, but as a result she doesn't try to rip it out-- I guess she decided it's too tough! The fabric is shredded, and she's chewed the rope, but hey, she enjoyed it! She does seem to like when I squeak the remaining squeaker and toss it by the rope-- she'll run around with it then if she's in a feisty mood. So it still has more play value than a standard fleece toy, even for a squeaky toy killer.

Pros: One of the squeakers is tough, has rope for throwing

Cons: Just as easy to rip through as any other fleece

all in all it's a good toy, but if the big guys get ahold of it the rope doesn't go the distance liek it could ( I usually reinforce it with heavy duty thread)

Pros: squeaker and ball hold up well- give you a replacement ball

Cons: the rope isn't as durable as it could be
